  1. Whisk dressing ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl mix dressing, kale, pinenuts and salt.
  3. With hands, massage dressing into kale and let sit for 15 minutes

Double up on the dressing to have extra in the fridge for the week. Stores well in fridge for 7 days.

Add thinly sliced red onion, tomatoes, sprouts or whatever your heart desires. Enjoy! 🙂
